Founded in 2003 in Beijing, China, BWT specializes in developing and manufacturing of high-performance fiber-coupled diode laser components and subsystems. Fiber-coupled Diode Laser Systems

BWT manufactures fiber-coupled diode laser subsystems with wavelengths ranging from 635 nm to 980 nm and output powers up to 400 W, suitable for material processing, medical therapeutics and other applications. Compact and operate-friendly design makes these diode laser systems very easy to use.
BWT can integrate diode lasers with different wavelengths and powers into the system, which includes control, temperature control, driver and other components. Several further functions can be integrated into the systems upon request – contact the AMS Technologies diode laser experts to discuss your customized diode laser system.
The diode laser systems provide a flexible and easy-to-use interface. Parameters like operating temperature, current, repetition frequency and pulse width can be controlled by touch screen locally or by remote control (RS323 interface and I/O interface), which is easy to operate and convenient.

BWT’s broad range of fiber-coupled multi-single emitter diode lasers are built upon the foundation of multi-emitter coupling technology to obtain high-power and high-brightness diode lasers. BWT’s multi-single emitter diode lasers cover a wavelength range from 440 nm to 1064 nm with output powers from 0.4 W to 330 W.
Variants with wavelengths in the area of 9xx nm (915 nm to 976 nm) are especially suited for pumping of fiber lasers and solid state lasers. Further areas of applications are material processing, 3D printing, illumination, aiming beam, a broad range of life sciences and others.
Multi-single emitter diode lasers have great advantages in high reliability and high performance. BWT has patented many improved optical designs for this type of lasers. Compact packages and commercially recognized formats allow easy integration into existing products.
Inspecting and burn-in procedures guarantee each product with reliability, stability and long lifetime. For customer-specific applications, varieties of packages as well as optional functions like aiming beam, photo detector, TEC, fiber detector, thermistor and other functions are available. BWT provides a broad range of single-emitter diode lasers with wavelengths from 405 nm to 97 6nm and output powers from 2 mW to 12 W. Variants with wavelengths in the area of 9xx nm (915 nm to 976 nm) are especially suited for pumping of fiber lasers and solid state lasers. Further areas of applications are computer to plate (CTP) printing, medical, aiming beam, industry and others.
BWT’s high-power diode laser modules are manufactured by adopting specialized fiber coupling techniques. Using special micro optics, the asymmetric radiation from the laser diode chip is transferred into an output fiber with small core diameter. The result are volume products with a high efficiency, stability and superior beam quality.
