Complementing our broad range of filter fan series, AMS Technologies carries various accessories, including replacement exhaust filter inserts in various dimensions that are available from stock.
A series of low-profile exhaust filters with mounting depths of 11 mm to 33 mm and screwless quick mounting capabilities can be ordered with outside dimensions ranging from 80 x 80 mm up to 323 x 323 mm.
Our exhaust filter series for mounting with screws features no depth inside the cabinet or enclosure and is available from stock with outside dimensions starting at 128 x 128 mm all the way to 344 x 344 mm. This series’ front grille thickness is 30.5 mm or 35 mm.
All exhaust filters are delivered with filter mat; most types also include a gasket. We also provide cover grille variations, further colours and EMC versions for demanding applications on request.

Exhaust filters are an important component for systems that remove excessive heat from cabinets or enclosures using filter fans. Most filter fans work in blowing mode, i.e. blowing cool outside air into the cabinet. In this setup, the filter fan should be mounted to the cabinet as low as possible to utilize thermal convection. The corresponding exhaust opening should be positioned inside the cabinet wall or top as high as possible – protected by a dedicated exhaust filter.
