Disc, Sheet and Roll Type Available; Grit from 0.3 to 60 µm; Aluminum Oxide; Stainless Steel Ferrule; Fiber Optic Polishing Nanolap's high-quality lapping films use precision-graded aluminum oxide particles coated on a polyester film. They provide precision finishes in diverse applications including polishing of industrial rolls (coating, calandering, etc.), micromotor shafts, CD/DVD stampers, as well as other applications requiring controlled surface finishes on metals, alloys and ceramics. 

Disc, Sheet and Roll Type Available; Grit from 1 to 30 µm; Silicon Carbide; Stainless Steel and Ceramic Ferrule; Fiber Optic Polishing The 46P series are tightly-graded silicon carbide particles uniformly coated onto a polyester film backing. These polishing films manufactured by Nanolap can be used in a number of applications. 

Disc, Sheet and Roll Type Available; Grit from 0.5 to 15 µm; Diamond; Ceramic Ferrule; Fiber Optic Polishing Nanolap's polishing films of the 66HPX series are designed for fiber optic connector epoxy removal, refining and polishing. They are manufactured with a high concentration of diamond and a thick coating for high performance and durability. They are available in discs, sheets and rolls in grades of 0.5, 1, 3, 6, and 9 micron, with or without PSA backing. 

Disc, Sheet and Roll Type Available; Grit from 1 to 9 µm; Diamond; Ceramic Ferrule; Fiber Optic Polishing Nanolap® 66XL diamond lapping films are produced by a precision coating of diamond particles on a polyester film. The 66XL series provides outstanding life and finish for fiber optic connectors. 

Disc, Sheet and Roll Type Available; Silicon Dioxide; Ceramic Ferrule; Fiber Optic Polishing Nanolap® 86-series final polishing films are produced by a precision coating of silicon dioxide on a polyester film. They are used for the final step of polishing fiber optic connectors and will help you achieve a consistently superior surface finish.
