SF8075-ZIF14T Laser Diode Driver and TEC Temperature Controller

The laser diode mount is on the board with an integrated Azimuth socket for a butterfly 14-pin Type 1 laser diode.The driver includes a highly stable current source (±0.01 A) for the laser diode and a thermoelectric Peltier cooler (TEC).
