Maiman Electronics’ SF8075-ZIF14 laser diode driver and TEC temperature controller is suitable for driving a fiber coupled laser diode in a butterfly package with 14 pins. The laser diode mount is on the board with an integrated Azimuth socket for a butterfly 14-pin Type 1 laser diode.
The driver includes a highly stable current source (±0.01 A) for the laser diode and a thermoelectric Peltier cooler (TEC). The integrated temperature controller keeps the temperature on the Peltier element with high precision within ±0,01°C.
