1,5A QCL Driver - QCL1500
The QCL OEM Series drivers use patented1 circuitry to produce the lowest current noise density of any commercially available QCL driver. The 500 mA QCL driver exhibits noise performance of 0.5 µA RMS to 100 kHz, and average current noise density of 1 nA / √Hz - the lowest available. In order to maintain their characteristically tight center linewidths and minimize jitter, quantum cascade lasers must be powered by drivers with exceptionally low current noise density. Our customers have reported achieving narrower linewidths with these drivers than any other they've used.Key Features Off-the-shelf models at 500 mA, 1 A, 1.5 A, 2 A Can be delivered in other current ranges up to 2 A Compliance voltage 16 V (standard), Compliance 7-20 V with factory modification Safety features protect your QCL investment Adjustable soft-clamping current limit Brown-out, reverse-voltage, & over-voltage protection Driver over-temperature protection circuit Relay shorts output when current is disabled Local and Remote Power-On and Enable control,TTL-compatible Analog modulation input between -5V and +5V.

MPT10000 Rev G TEC Driver
10 A; 1 channel; 15 V; The robust MPT series circuitry achieves 0.0005°C temperature stability. It is a chassis mount package with cabling to the male DSub15 connector available: WCB101. The MPT10000 drives up to 10 A for either Thermoelectrics (bipolar) or Resistive Heaters (unipolar). This temperature controller interfaces with virtually any type of temperature sensor. An onboard sensor bias current source can drive thermistors, RTDs, or the LM335. For current sensors like the AD590, simply bias it and drive it into the sensor input. A trimpot adjusts the Proportional Gain (P). A fixed Integrator Time Constant (I) capacitor can be custom fit to your application to optimize temperature overshoot and stability. Another trimpot adjusts the setpoint temperature. You can use a remote signal (D-to-A, or remote trimpot, for example) with the external analog input to control the operating temperature. Up to 25 V can be delivered to the load with 30 V input. Heatsinking then becomes critical and a Safe Operating Area tool is available to make sure you don’t exceed the maximum internal power dissipation of the package. Monitor pins bring out both Setpoint and Actual temperature signals. Current limit is set via a single-turn trimpot under the cover.

LDD P Series Laser Diode Drivers
Output Current LD 200-400 mA; DIP PCB Mount; Compatible with Type A, B & C Lasers  Wavelength Electronics’ LDD P series of laser diode drivers come in two compact models to work with all laser diode/photodiode configurations. While the LDDX00-1P version drives type A & B laser diodes, the LDDX00-2P variant drives type C laser diodes. Each model is available in 200 mA and 400 mA versions to best fit your laser diode requirements. Very low leakage current (15 µA) makes the LDD P series ideal for driving most VCSELs using the remote modulation setpoint input. It operates from 5 to 12 V. Just add an external power supply and your laser diode to this simple 8-pin controller. When it is essential to have high performance in your application, these low-noise drivers offer excellent current stability in constant current mode. Precisely control the laser diode setpoint current with the onboard output current adjust trimpot or via a remote voltage to the modulation input. The modulation input’s small signal 3 dB bandwidth is DC to 2 MHz. For easy integration, the LDD P series allows users to measure laser diode current from a buffered monitor output. Optional evaluation boards are available to assist with operating any LDD P series module. An evaluation board and cable are available to speed implementation of the LDD laser diode driver in your application. In order to protect laser diodes, all LDD P series drivers are equipped with current limit protection, as well as slow start circuitry. Current limit protection ensures that the diode will not be overdriven, and the slow start circuitry protects the diode from thermal shock that can damage the laser at turn on. Adjust the limit current trimpot to protect the laser diode from exceeding its maximum current rating even when modulating your laser diode. Free, effective and responsive technical support is available to simplify integration of Wavelength products into your OEM design. Standard product can be easily modified to meet your application requirements. Get in touch with the AMS Technologies laser diode driver experts to discuss your customized solution! 10A Chassis Mount Temp Controller PTC10K-CH
The PTC-CH Series Chassis Mount Temperature Controllers deliver the precision performance and long-term reliability you expect from a Wavelength Electronics temperature controller. PTC-CH Series controllers are found in such diverse applications as particle and droplet measurement, manufacturing machine vision systems, biomolecular interaction analysis, and more. They are CE certified. A PDF version of the Declaration of Conformance is available.PTC-CH controllers are available in different models so you can choose the one that best suits your application: PTC2.5K-CH delivers up to ±2.5 A output current PTC5K-CH for applications requiring up to ±5 A PTC10K-CH drives up to ±10 A PTC10K-SL can be tied to the 10 A driver to deliver a combined ±20 A output current The PTC-CH controllers operate from a single power supply between 4.5 V and 30 V. The linear bipolar controller drives a Peltier thermoelectric cooler or a resistive heater, and the chassis-mount package integrates easily into OEM applications. PTC-CH controllers interface with a variety of temperature sensors, and the bias current is adjustable in order to maximize controller sensitivity and stability for your application. The compact chassis-mount design simplifies heatsinking and requires minimal space. PTC-CH controllers are quick to configure for your prototype project, and there are no surprises when it's time to integrate the controller into the final design. If you are using a Quantum Cascade Laser or need low noise performance with a laser diode, we offer the PTC-CH nested in the QCL OEM drivers. Information is available here. Key Features Built-in features make your product more robust to real-world operating conditions and minimize your electronics overhead: If the optional remote temperature setpoint signal is lost, the controller defaults to a standard "safe" temperature setpoint (25ºC when a 10 kΩ thermistor is used). The safe temperature can be changed at the factory; call for details. An on-board trimpot is used to set the output current limit to prevent over-driving the TEC, and helps protect your load from thermal runaway situations. Proportional gain is easily adjusted with an on-board trimpot. Low temperature coefficient design remains stable across a wide range of ambient conditions. When used with Wavelength's laser drivers, such as the PLD Series, these temperature controllers provide stable and reliable performance that sets your system apart from your competitors' and keeps your customers satisfied.
