Product information "QCLTL Test Loads"
Test Load With 50 W, TO220 Resistor on Heat Sink Coupled to BNC Connector; 5, 10 Ω; 38 x 119 x 54, 102 x 152 x 69 mm; 1.57, 3.8 °C/W
Quantum cascade lasers are typically very expensive. We recommend that you use Wavelength Electronics’ QCLTL series of test loads for initial setup of Wavelength Electronics’ QCL LAB series and QCL OEM series of low-noise quantum cascade laser drivers.
QCLTL test loads feature a 50 W, TO220 resistor mounted to a heatsink and coupled to a BNC connector. A BNC T-connector is also included. The QCLTL test load can be connected to the QCL driver using the BNC to SMA cable 55-110014, sold separately.
The QCLTL-LO test load assembly includes a 10 Ω, 50 W resistor and can be used with the QCL500 LAB, QCL500 OEM, QCL500 OEM(+), QCL1000 LAB, QCL1000 OEM, or QCL1000 OEM(+) drivers.
The QCLTL-1500 test load assembly includes a 10 Ω, 50 W resistor and can be used with the QCL1500 LAB, QCL1500 OEM, or QCL1500 OEM(+) drivers.
The QCLTL-2000 test load assembly includes a 5 Ω, 50 W resistor and can be used with the QCL2000 LAB, QCL2000 OEM, or QCL2000 OEM(+) drivers.
