mCTRL-T-20-12/55 mini TEC Controller

Product information "mCTRL-T-20-12/55 mini TEC Controller"

Max. Output Current TEC 20 A; Chassis Mount; Supply Voltage 12-55 VDC; Temperature Stability <0.1°C; H-Bridge Control; Temperature Regulation PID or ON/OFF

AMS Technologies‘ mCTRL-T-20-12/55 mini TEC controller uses an electrical H-bridge to drive thermoelectric coolers (TECs) / Peltier elements with broadly variable voltages und currents of up to 10 A, or up to 20 A using a heat sink. An auxiliary temperature sensor (RTD such as Pt100, Pt1000, or thermistor) can be connected to allow highly accurate temperature control within less than ±0.1°C.

The user can select a set temperature between -100°C and +100°C via analog interfaces such as 0-5 V or 4-20 mA, or digital interfaces like RS232 (serial) or WiFi. The layout of the board allows to separate the graphic OLED display, including the device’s three control buttons, enabling OEMs to separate this display/control unit from the main board and connect it to the main board via ribbon cable.

BLS-Series Manual & Trigger Mode LED Controllers
1, 2 Channels; 9-48 VDC; 1-18 A; Interface 0-5 V Analog; Max. Modulation Frequency 3-100 kHz; Current Accuracy ±3% Mightex’s BLS-Series LED controllers are designed for driving Mightex LED light sources, including Type-H super high power LED light sources (BLS-13000 and BLS-18000 models). All BLS-Series LED controllers have two operation modes:  Manual Mode: the user can control the output current by manually turning a knob Trigger Mode: the output current can be controlled via an external analog input signal between 0 V and 5 V The control mode is selected with a slide switch on the front panel, and the factory default is “manual” mode. High-speed, two-channel models BLS-1000-2 and BLS-3000-2 feature a high modulation speed of up to 100 kHz for BLS-1000-2 and up to 50 kHz for BLS-300-2. High-current, single-channel models BLS-13000 and BLS-18000 feature maximum output driving currents of 13,000 mA (BLS-13000) and 18,000 mA (BLS-18000) with a modulation speed of 3 kHz. BLS-1000-2 and BLS-3000-2 provide DIP switches for maximum current selection on the rear panel, which allow the user to set the maximum output current of the channel to 500/750/1,000 mA for BLS-1000-2, and 1,000/2,000/3,000 mA for BLS-3000-2, respectively. The factory default is set to 500 mA for BLS-1000-2 and 1,000 mA for BLS-3000-2, respectively. When the LED controller is set to “trigger” mode, the output current is fully controlled by the input analog signal (0-5 V). Mightex’s BLS-Series of manual and trigger mode LED controllers currently include five models in total:   # of Channels DC Input Voltage Channel Driving Current Channel Frequency  BLS-1000-2 2 9 to 12 VDC 0 to 1,000 mA <100 kHz BLS-3000-2 2 9 VDC 0 to 3,000 mA <50 kHz BLS-13000-1 1 48 VDC 0 to 13,000 mA <3 kHz BLS-13000-1E 1 2 VDC 0 to 13,000 mA <3 kHz BLS-18000-1 1 2 VDC 0 to 18,000 mA <3 kHz   Key Features: Number of Channels: 1, 2 Power Supply: 9 to 48 VDC Per Channel Driving Current: 1,000 to 18,000 mA Dual Control Modes: Manual or Analog Voltage Input Controlled Interface: 0-5 V Analog BNC Connectors for Analog Voltage Inputs Max. Modulation Frequency: <3 to <100 kHz Simple, Tool-free Connections Capable of Driving Variable Loads Applications: Optogenetics; Fluorescence Excitation; Microscopy; Testing Instruments; Medical Instruments
