The Wisemotion compressors have a linear motor that drives the piston directly and are made of parts that do not need lubrification. Capacity is controlled by stroke at a virtually constant frequency. Its extremly quick response time and the oil-free circuit make them suitable for high performance micro channel evaporators that can be used to cool laser diodes.
