CPS/BCPS-1000 Correlated Photon Pair Sources
Product information "CPS/BCPS-1000 Correlated Photon Pair Sources"
Signal/Idler Degeneracy Wavelenght 1550 or 810 nm; Photon Pairs Bandwidth FWHM ~80 or ~3 nm; Noise Suppression 75 dB; Max. Output Power of Pump Laser 12 mW, variable.
The correlated photon pair sources generate photon pairs entangled in time or energy through spontaneous parametric down conversion (SPDC). Once the photon pairs are created, the pump photons are filtered out from the remaining pairs using an integrated set of optical filters.
Equipped with a stabilized pump laser and internal variable optical attenuator for pump power control, OZ Optics' correlated pair sources ensure stable operation. The SPDC medium is thermally stabilized to maintain optimal phase matching conditions, thereby maximizing photon conversion efficiency.
The photon pairs are separated using either a wavelength splitter (WDM) or polarizing beam splitter (PBS), depending on the spectral bandwidth of the unit ordered.
