AvaLight-DHc Full Range Light Source

Product information "AvaLight-DHc Full Range Light Source"

Deuterium-Halogen; 200-2500 nm; Stability <1 mAU; Drift <0.25%/h; Optical Power 0.2, 7 µW; Power Supply 12 VDC, 450 mA

Get the best of two worlds with Avantes’ AvaLight-DHc full range light source. It has both a deuterium light source and a halogen light source, providing you with adequate light between 200 and 2500 nm for nearly all absorbance chemistry applications. Deuterium emits light between 200 and 550 nm, whereas halogen emits light of up to 2500 nm.

Coupling to the rest of your spectroscopy system is easy with the SMA connector. This light source is recommended in settings with large fiber cables or direct-attachment to a cuvette holder such as the CUV-DA, due to its relatively low output energy. The integrated TTL-shutter makes saving a dark measurement very simple in combination with AvaSoft (extra IC-DB26-2 needed).

Optionally, the AvaLight-DHc is available in a rack-mountable version, to be used in the 19” rack or the 9.5” desktop system. A direct-attach cuvette holder CUV-DA is available for fluorescence or absorbance measurements.

The PSM-002 module uses Lunas’ patented fiber squeezer technology to effectively randomize polarization states.Unlike that of the PCD-005 , the scrambling rate of this miniature scrambler is user-selectable via an RS-232 command. Another attractive feature is that the scrambling function can also be enabled and disabled by a TTL trigger signal. The PSM-002 polarization scrambler is available either as a standard board for lab applications or fully enclosed in a watertight enclosure for applications in high-humidity environments. It also comes in either standard or extended temperature versions.Key Features:Works in Extreme Environmental ConditionsMinimal Insertion Loss (IL): <0.05 dB (Without Connectors), <0.6 dB (With Connectors)Minimal Back Reflection – Return Loss (RL): >65 dB (Without Connectors)Low Residual Phase and Amplitude ModulationSelectable Scrambling Rate: 0.01 to 20,000 Points/sOperating Wavelength: 1260 to 1650, 980 to 1310 nmOutput Degree of Polarization (DOP): <5%, 2.5% TypicalPolarization Mode Dispersion (PMD): <0.05 ps AverageIntrinsic Polarization Dependent Loss (PDL): <0.05 dB (Typically 0.01 dB)Optical Power Handling: >300 mWSmall Size: 96 × 63.5 × 18 mm (Board Version), 115 x 82.6 x 19 mm (Enclosure)Applications: Sensor and Communication Systems; Polarization Sensitivity Elimination; Facilitating PMD Emulation; PMD Monitoring for PMD Compensation; Facilitating PDL Measurement

CPS/BCPS-1000 Correlated Photon Pair Sources
Signal/Idler Degeneracy Wavelenght 1550 or 810 nm; Photon Pairs Bandwidth FWHM ~80 or ~3 nm; Noise Suppression 75 dB; Max. Output Power of Pump Laser 12 mW, variable. The correlated photon pair sources generate photon pairs entangled in time or energy through spontaneous parametric down conversion (SPDC). Once the photon pairs are created, the pump photons are filtered out from the remaining pairs using an integrated set of optical filters. Equipped with a stabilized pump laser and internal variable optical attenuator for pump power control, OZ Optics' correlated pair sources ensure stable operation. The SPDC medium is thermally stabilized to maintain optimal phase matching conditions, thereby maximizing photon conversion efficiency. The photon pairs are separated using either a wavelength splitter (WDM) or polarizing beam splitter (PBS), depending on the spectral bandwidth of the unit ordered. Key features: Rugged, alignment free and all-in-fiber design High heralding efficiency Turn-key, highly-stable and room-temperature operation Built-in pump laser and noise-suppression filters Selectable wavelength, counts rate and bandwidth Customizable Applications: Fundamental quantum information science, quantum key distribution, quantum computing, quantum metrology

Large-area UV-enhanced Silicon Avalanche Photodiodes APD
Active Area 5x5-10x10 mm; Responsivity 16-52 A/W; Capacitance 30-100 pF; Package Square Flat Pack; Response Time 2, 5 nsExcelitas’ series of large-area, UV-enhanced silicon avalanche photodiodes (Si APDs) are intended for use in a wide variety of broadband low-light-level applications covering the spectral range from below 400 to over 700 nm.These low-noise, low-capacitance and high-gain Si APDs are packaged in a square flat pack with or without windows or on ceramics. The no-window devices can detect direct radiation of X-rays and electrons at the energies listed, and the windowed packages are best for easy scintillator coupling. The C30739ECERH and C30739ECERH-2 short-wavelength, enhanced silicon avalanche photodiode (Si APD) cover the spectral range from less than 400 nm to greater than 700 nm. With low noise, high gain, low capacitance and an enhanced UV-response with a quantum efficiency above 70% at 430 nm, these Si APDs are designed for low-light-level applications such as molecular imaging. Their ceramic carrier package allows for easy handling and coupling to scintillation crystals such as LSO and BGO.The C30703FH and C30703FH-200 series of silicon avalanche photodiodes (Si APD) with dimensions of 10 x 10 mm are designed for extremely large areas and offered in a flat-pack package suitable for radiation detection. This series is enhanced for blue-wavelength response and has a peak quantum efficiency at ~ 530 nm.The large area C30626FH series silicon avalanche photodiodes (Si APD) with dimensions of 4.7 x 4.7 mm use a standard reach-through structure, have peak detection at about 900 nm, and are offered in a flat-pack package for either direct detection or easy coupling to scintillator crystals.Applications: Nuclear Medicine; Fluorescence Detection; High-energy Physics; Medical Imaging; Radiation Detection; Particle Physics; Instrumentation; Environmental Monitoring Part Number Photo Sensitive Diameter Responsivity Dark Current Spectral Noise Current Capacitance @ 100 kHz Response Time NEP Vop Range Download C30739ECERH 5.6 x 5.6 mm 20 A/W (@430 nm) 10 nA 1.4 pA/√Hz 60 pF 2 ns - 275-425 V Datasheet C30739ECERH-2 5.6 x 5.6 mm 52 A/W (@430 nm) 10 nA 2 pA/√Hz 60 pF 2 ns - 275-425 V Datasheet C30626FH 5 x 5 mm 22 A/W (@900 nm) 250 nA 0.5 pA/√Hz 30 pF 5 ns 23 fW/√Hz (@900 nm) 275-425 V Datasheet C30703FH 10 x 10 mm 16 A/W (@530 nm) 250 nA 0.5 pA/√Hz 100 pF 5 ns 40 fW/√Hz (@530 nm) 275-425 V Datasheet C30703FH-200 10 x 10 mm 16 A/W (@530 nm) 250 nA 0.7 pA/√Hz 60 pF 5 ns 40 fW/√Hz (@530 nm) 275-425 V Datasheet Please note that Excelitas products are available from us only in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
