Happy 25th Anniversary, Karin!

Congratulations to Karin Melch, our Head of Accounting, on 25 years with AMS Technologies! 

Thank you so much for your dedication and outstanding work over the years. When asked about the transformation in her work, Karin shared: 

“Looking back, it’s crazy how much has changed. Just look at our equipment. My first computer was a Pentium 386 – no comparison to the laptop I’m using today – and smartphones were still some time away. I’m really happy the changes came step-by-step, because that gave us the chance to implement everything properly and to get used to new technologies and processes."
