NOA 83H Optical Adhesive 1oz bottle

Product information "NOA 83H Optical Adhesive 1oz bottle"

Refractive Index 1.56; 250 cps Viscosity at 25°C

Norland Optical Adhesive 83H ("NOA83H") is a single component liquid adhesive that cures in seconds to a tough, hard polymer when exposed to ultraviolet light. It is recommended as an extremely fast and efficient way to precisely bondoptical components. In addition to UV light, heat can also be usedto cure this one part adhesive.

The outstanding characteristic of this material is its extremely fast cure. Thin films can be initially set in under 10 seconds and thick films in 20 seconds using the light sources listed below. It is also extremely stable when not exposed to UV light. NOA 83H will not gel up in dispenser tips or cure before you want it to.

NOA 89H Optical Adhesive 1oz bottle
Refractive Index 1.51; 15-20 cps Viscosity at 25°C Norland Optical Adhesive NOA 89H is a clear, colorless, liquid photopolymer that will cure when exposed to ultraviolet  light. Since it is a one part system and 100% solids, it offers many advantages in bonding where the adhesive can be exposed to UV light. The use of NOA 89H eliminates premixing, drying or heat curing operations common to other adhesive systems. Curing time is remarkably fast, and is dependent upon the thickness applied and the amount of ultraviolet light energy available. NOA 89H is designed to give the best possible optical bond when bonding glass to glass substrates or as a coating.  NOA 89H also has excellent clarity, low shrinkage and a flexibility that make it superior to other materials for optical bonding. These characteristics are important in order for the user to produce high quality optics and achieve long term performance under changing environments. NOA 89H is cured by ultraviolet light with maximum absorption within the range of 310-395 nanometers.  The peak absorption wavelengths is 365 nanometers. The recommended energy required for full cure is 3.5 Joules/cm 2 for long wave UV. Shelf life of the liquid is a minimum of 4 months from the date of shipment, refer to the package label for the actual expiration date, if stored in a cool (5-22° C), dark place in the original container.  If refrigerated, allow the adhesive to come to room temperature prior to use.

LDTC2/2 Laser Diode Drivers and TEC Temperature Controllers
Output Current LD 2.2 A; Benchtop or Chassis Mounting; Output Current TEC ±2.2 A; Laser Compatibility Type A, B Wavelength Electronics’ LDTC2/2 series of module type laser diode drivers and TEC temperature controllers includes both a laser diode driver and a temperature controller that each drive up to 2.2 A. This series combines the drive power of the WLD3343 laser driver with the temperature stability of the WTC3243 TEC drivers on one small board. While LDTC 2/2 E includes the chassis enclosure, LDTC 2/2 O consists of the open frame electronics only. For lower laser diode current (500 mA / 1 A), the LDTC series of laser diode driver and TEC temperature controllers is available. Integrated controls make this a plug-and-play module – users have only to add a power supply, laser diode, thermoelectric cooler, sensor and heatsinking. All cable sets are included. The LDMOUNT-5A, a 14-pin butterfly laser diode mount with integrated heat sinking, is available for simple connections between the LDTC2/2 and the laser. The temperature controller is compatible with thermistors, RTDS or linear temperature sensors such as the LM335 or AD590. Adjust temperature using onboard trimpot or a remote voltage input. This voltage input has added default protection for when a D/A remote setpoint is turned off, unplugged or goes down and it automatically sets the temperature to control near ambient. Default is +25 °C for a 10 kΩ thermistor (1 V). Adjustable trimpots configure heat and cool limits. The laser diode driver maintains precision laser diode current (constant current mode) or stable photodiode current (constant power mode) using electronics compatible with A/B type lasers. The LDTC2/2 delays and slowly ramps the current for maximum protection. Onboard trimpots set current limit and setpoint. Alternately, you can switch to remote inputs for the laser driver current setpoint. Customization to 3 A laser diode output current using the WLD3343-3A is available. Use either the onboard enable/disable switch or a remote input. An LED indicates status of the laser diode output current. Switches select constant current or constant power mode. Remote computer control is available using the USBKIT, which also allows graphing and datalogging. Free, effective and responsive technical support is available to simplify integration of Wavelength products into your OEM design. mVOA Variable Optical Attenuators
MEMS-based, Coaxial Style; Fiber Type SM (SMF28ultra, ZBL, SM600/850/980), PM (HP850/908PM); 650 to 1670 nm; Fiber Length 50 to 100 cm; Attenuation up to 30 dB, 40 dB Sercalo Microtechnology’s mVOA series of coaxial ultra-small fiber optic variable optical attenuators (VOAs) is based on an electrostatic MEMS mirror. It comes in a hermetically sealed package with a diameter of only 3.5 mm, and the devices are manufactured with the latest techniques in laser welding for achieving better stability and improved reliability. A voltage between 0 and 6.5 V on the drive pin sets the optical attenuation. When power is removed, the VOA returns into its default state. There are two variants available with different default states: normally open (bright) or high attenuation (dark). The dark variant has better linearity and is used in applications where the light is cut at power off. The mVOA series is designed to conform to Telcordia 1221 reliability standards. No epoxy is present in the optical path. The optical collimator is assembled using laser welding techniques which results in long term stability and excellent reliability. The components withstand rugged environments and can directly be mounted on printed circuit boards. This ultra small mVOA series is compliant to ROHS requirements 2011/65/EU and ideally suited for gain control in amplifiers and transceivers. Key Features: Diameter 3.5 mm Laser Welded Package Reliable- 0 to 6.5 V ROHS compliant Applications: Telecom; Instrumentation; Test and Measurement
