Compatible with the entire UWAVE lineup of UV curing systems, the UPOWER™ series of power supply and control units has been designed to be easily manipulated by the user or integrated into a production line.

Depending on which product you want to control, UPOWER™ provides a suitable technical solution. UPOWER™ systems are available with output voltages of 24 or 48 VDC, output powers of 50, 200, 600, 1,500 or 3,000 W, and featuring 1, 2, 4 or 6 output channels.

For the UFIBER™ UV LED spot curing systems, UWAVE has developed a screen version of the UPOWER™ (24 VDC, 200 W) to control up to six UFIBER™ UV LED curing spotlights independently. Thanks to its intuitive screen interface, this version allows to adjust mode, time, and power parameters:

Possibility to control simultaneously or independently one to six UFIBER™ systems
SWITCH mode allows the use of a footswitch for semi-automatic operation
EXTERNAL CONTROL mode allows smart communication with a PLC for automatic operation

The USPWR is a simple and compact 1-channel power supply to power UWAVE products with 24 VDC and 36 or 90 W output power. USPWR is compatible with all standard M12 connectors (4 or 5 pins). A switch allows to control the value of the 0/24 V signal, making it suitable for several UV LED lights like USPOT™, UTARGET-AUTO™, UFLEX™, ...
