UFLEX™ UV LED Flood Curing Systems

UFLEX™ is a series of flexible and homogeneous UV LED line flood curing lamp systems, provided by UWAVE for a wide range of applications that need low UV energy such as curing, bonding, disinfection, or fluorescence.

Thanks to its compact size, its integrated electronics, and its flexible length, the UFLEX™ series is an ideal solution for machine integration. Both manual & automated version are available depending on process parameters.

Available wavelengths include 275 nm, 305 nm, 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm and 465 nm. Any other wavelength (UV-C, UV-B, Visible and IR) is available upon request, please contact AMS Technologies for further details.

To fit mechanical specifications and constraints, the UFLEX™ series is available with a flexible length. Optical length can be adjusted using 5-LED increments (resulting in 10 cm length increments) to meet various process requirements.

For powering and controlling the UFLEX™ systems, UWAVE provides different types of UPOWER™ UV LED power supply & control units for different requirements. Within the UPOWER™ range, the USPWR™ simple and compact power supply is the ideal choice for powering shorter UFLEX™ systems.

As a lightweight bar equipped with a handle, the UFLEX-FLUO™ dedicated fluorescence kit can be used to inspect large areas and detect fluorescent products. Delivered in a complete & easy-to-use kit, the UFLEX-FLUO™ kit provides an adapted solution for operator fluorescence inspection and other non-destructive manual applications, containing:

• 1x UFLEX-365-FLUO with integrated handle
• 1x power supply cable
• 1x UV protection glasses
