Heatsinks For Wavelength Electronics Laser Diode Drivers and TEC Drivers; 31 x 31 x 12 mm to 121 x 252 x 45 mm; Aluminium; 0.58 °C/W to 5.6 °C/W A range of various heatsinks is available, suitable for selected Wavelength Electronics laser diode drivers and/or TEC drivers. MULTI-HTSK heatsinks are designed to support a wide range of Wavelength products during product evaluation. MULTI-HSK heatsinks are robustly designed with an 18 W capacity without airflow and a 40 W capacity with airflow. Mounting hardware and one packet of thermal paste are included. With dimensions of 102 x 152 x 29 mm and a natural convection thermal resistance of 1.57 °C/W (per 15 cm), MULTI-HTSK heatsinks are made from black anodized aluminium and support the following Wavelength Electronics series or drivers: LDTC, LDTC2/2, MPL (not MPL7500), PLD5K-CH, PTCxK-CH (not PTC10K-CH/SL), RHM5K-CH. MULTI-HTSK-HI heatsinks for 10 A driver models have mounting holes to support the PLD10K-CH, PLD12.5K-CH, or PTC10K-CH laser diode drivers or TEC drivers. MULTI-HTSK-HI heatsinks are robustly designed with over 20 W capacity without airflow and over 60 W capacity with airflow. Mounting hardware and one packet of thermal paste are included. MULTI-HTSK-HI heatsinks are made from black anodized aluminium with dimensions of 121 x 152 x 45 mm and feature a natural convection thermal resistance of 0.58 °C/W (per 15 cm). The HTSK-BRKT heatsink mounting bracket allows you mount the MULTI-HTSK and MULTI-HTSK-HI heatsinks vertically on your optical bench in order to improve airflow and help organize your work space. HTCHTSK aluminium heatsinks are tapped with two 4-40 holes to match the heatspreader of the HTC TEC drivers series. HTCHTSK heatsinks feature dimensions of 38 x 111 x 16 mm and a natural convection thermal resistance of 5.6 °C/W (per 7.6 cm). Two 4-40 x 0.375″ screws are included. WHS302 aluminium heatsinks are designed for use with the WTCP5V5A, WTC3243 or WHY5640 TEC driver series and the WLD3343 laser diode driver series, allowing them to operate at much higher power. With dimensions of 31 x 31 x 12 mm, these high performance heatsinks are specifically designed to fit the Wxx style packages. The fin configuration of the WHS302 heatsinks allows the units to be mounted in almost any position without affecting heat dissipation. An optional WXC30x fan may be installed on the heatsink for additional cooling.

The HTCHTSK heatsink is used with following temperature controllers from Wavelength Electronics: HTC1500, HTC1500-62, HTC3000, HTC3000-62 or HTC4000-62. The HTCHTSK is tapped with two 4-40 holes to match the HTC heatspreader and two 4-40 x 0.375" screws are included.

The HTSK-BRKT heatsink bracket can be used with following multi-heatsinks from Wavelength Electronics: MULTI-HTSK or MULTI-HTSK-HI. These heatsinks are compatible with following chassis-mounted temperature controllers and laser drivers from Wavelength PLD5K-CH, PLD10K-CH, PLD12.5K-CH, LDTC0520, LDTC1020, PTC2.5K-CH, PTC5K-CH, PTC10K-CH, PTC10K-SL, MPL250, MPL500, MPL2500, MPL7500, MPT2500, MPT5000 or MPT10000. The bracket fits around the module, and the module can be installed without disassembling the bracket assembly. NOTE: module and heatsink are not included with bracket. The bracket mounts the heatsink in a vertical position, freeing space on your optical table. Convection is enhanced with the heatsink mounted vertically, so your Wavelength control module runs cooler at high powers. It's also a lot simpler to force additional airflow over the heatsink with a spare fan so you can use the heatsink to its full-rated capacity. Mounting holes are spaced and drilled to match optical table tops, and additional holes are provided in case you are mounting the bracket to a different surface. Replacement for Connectors to Override the Interlocks for Quick Start-up Operation with the LDTC LAB and QCL LAB Series; One BNC 50 Ω Terminator Plus One 9-pin / Two 15-pin DSUB Connectors The LDTC INTLK KIT is used with Wavelength Electronics' LDTC LAB series of laser diode drivers and TEC drivers to override the interlocks for quick start-up operation. One kit is included with each of the LDTC LAB drivers. This kit includes two 15-pin D-SUB connectors with pins 2 & 3 jumpered together (one female and one male) to override the passive interlock on the LD type A/B and LD type C D-SUBs and a BNC 50 Ω terminator for the active lock interlock. The INTLK REPL KIT is used with Wavelength Electronics' QCL LAB series of laser drivers to override the interlocks for quick start-up operation. One kit is included with each QCL LAB driver.
