Maiman Electronics’ SF6XXX series of compact OEM high power constant current laser diode drivers features a unique laser driver circuit solution that allows to achieve high efficiency (up to 97%) and high power density. An aluminium base plate provides effective heat dissipation from the laser diode driver module via water or air cooling.

Within the SF6XXX series, six models are available with maximum output currents of 15 A (SF6015), 30 A (SF6030), 40 A (SF6040), 90 A (SF6090), 100 A (SF6100) and 250 A (SF6250). All SF6XXX laser diode drivers are designed for CW operation mode with a current stability of 0.2%.

This series includes the very high current laser driver SF6250 with maximum output current of 250 A, targeting laser diode bars and high current fiber-coupled modules, while the high voltage laser driver SF6100 with output voltage of up to 40 V allows to drive multiple single emitters.
