The thermal paste THERM-PST can be used to help ensure adequate thermal control during operation with following temperature controllers and laser diode drivers from Wavelength Electronics: HTC1500, HTC1500-62, HTC3000, HTC3000-62, HTC4000-62, LDTC 2/2 O, LDTC 2/2 E, LDTC0520, LDTC1020, MPL250, MPL500, MPL2500, MPL7500, MPT2500, MPT5000, MPT10000, PLD5K-CH, PLD10K-CH, PLD12.5K-CH, PTC2.5K-CH, PTC5K-CH, PTC10K-CH, PTC5000, PTC10000 or RHM5K-CH.  THERM-PST is a non-silicone thermal compound. Comprised of proprietary poly synthetic fluid and zincoxide, it spreads easily for excellent surface coverage and thermal conductivity of up to 3.0 W / °C. Thermal paste should be applied thinly and evenly across the mounting area. Refer to the individual product datasheet to determine the best location for thermal paste application.
