Content : 4g. The thermal paste THERM-PST can be used to help ensure adequate thermal control during operation with following temperature controllers and laser diode drivers from Wavelength Electronics: HTC1500, HTC1500-62, HTC3000, HTC3000-62, HTC4000-62, LDTC 2/2 O, LDTC 2/2 E, LDTC0520, LDTC1020, MPL250, MPL500, MPL2500, MPL7500, MPT2500, MPT5000, MPT10000, PLD5K-CH, PLD10K-CH, PLD12.5K-CH, PTC2.5K-CH, PTC5K-CH, PTC10K-CH, PTC5000, PTC10000 or RHM5K-CH.  THERM-PST is a non-silicone thermal compound. Comprised of proprietary poly synthetic fluid and zincoxide, it spreads easily for excellent surface coverage and thermal conductivity of up to 3.0 W / °C. Thermal paste should be applied thinly and evenly across the mounting area. Refer to the individual product datasheet to determine the best location for thermal paste application.

The advanced and reliable circuitry of the HTC Series achieves 0.0009°C temperature stability. Its low profile package is ideal for designs with space constraints. The ultrastable linear, PI control loop offers maximum stability while the bipolar current source has been designed for higher efficiency. The HTC1500 drives up to 1.5 A for either Thermoelectrics (bipolar) or Resistive Heaters (unipolar). The HTC3000 drives up to ±3 A. An evaluation board simplifies prototyping: HTCEVALPCB. A heatsink that mounts directly to the HTC is available: HTCHTSK. The HTC1500 is designed for 0.031" thick printed circuit boards (PCBs). The HTC1500-62 is designed for 0.062" thick PCBs. The HTC Series temperature controllers are easily configured for any design. Virtually any type of temperature sensor can be used with the HTC and a built in sensor bias current source simplifies use with resistive temperature sensors. The independently adjustable Proportional Gain (P) and Integrator Time Constant (I) can be modified to optimize temperature overshoot and stability.Other features offer added flexibility. A single resistor sets the maximum output current to load. Add a diode to operate resistive heaters with a unipolar output current. An onboard reference voltage simplifies potentiometer control of the temperature setpoint. You can also choose to operate remotely with an external setpoint voltage.
