Lord FiVe Finned Tube Condensers and Evaporators

Product information "Lord FiVe Finned Tube Condensers and Evaporators"

Tube Diameter 5 mm; Tube Material Cu, Al; Tube Matrix 19.05x12.70 mm; Fin Density 7-21 fpi; Fin Spacing 1.2-3.6 mm

AMS Technologies’ customized condenser and evaporator offering is based on Lordan’s compact, lightweight Lord FiVE coil pattern with a 5 mm diameter rifled tube– the smallest and most advanced coil on the market today.

With its small diameter tube, Lord FiVe provides excellent heat exchange performance while utilizing smaller amounts of refrigerant compared to the usual 3/8” pipes, making Lord FiVe condensers and evaporators for vapor compression circuits more environment-friendly and cost-effective.

Lord FiVe condensers and evaporators are helium leak tested at 42 bar and are guaranteed to have less than 0,5 g refrigerant leakage per year.

Its dense pattern (19.05 mm pitch and a depth of only 12.70 mm) allows Lord FiVe condensers and evaporators to fit into small areas while providing high heating and cooling outputs. Fin densities from 7 to 21 fpi (fins per inch) are available, as well as marine grade aluminium fins, coatings and other options.

Finned height and length, number of rows, number of circuits, fan mount and access valve fittings, among others, are tailored to the customer’s specifications. Please contact the AMS Technologies thermal management experts to discuss your customized finned tube condenser or evaporator solution that exactly matches your requirements.

LDT-100 Distributed Temperature Sensor
1 Channel; Dynamic Range >15 dB; Wavelength 780 nm; Spatial Resolution 10 cm; Measurement Range 250 m; Temperature Accuracy 1.5 °C; Optical Fiber Connectors E-2000 APC, Other Luciol Instruments’ LDT-100 high-resolution distributed optical temperature sensor measures the temperature profile across standard optical fibers. The measurement technique is based on Raman scattering. Due to the temperature dependence of the Raman scattering signal (Anti-Stokes), temperature variations along the sensing optical fiber are transformed in a variation of the backscattered signal. The LDT-100 uses photon-counting technology to achieve a high detection efficiency and very high spatial resolution. An internal temperature calibration reference makes the system ready for testing and minimizes time consuming user re-calibration. The LDT-100 also integrates OTDR testing capability which allows integrity and condition testing of the sensing optical fiber. The LDT-100 is a fully portable, simple and easy-to-use instrument, with user-friendly GUI software. A desktop version with USB interface is available as an option.
