The WEV302 thermal solution kit can be used with following laser diode drivers and temperature controllers from Wavelength Electronics: WTCP5V5A, WTC3243, WTC3243HB, WHY5640, WLD3343, WLD3343-2L, WLD3343-3A, WLD3343-3L or WLD3343HB. The controllers operate to 500 mA without any additional heatsinking (assuming 5 V operation). To operate up to 1 A, add the WTW002 thermal washer and the WHS302 heatsink. To operate to the full 2.2 A, add a fan WXC303 (5 V) or WXC304 (12 V). For convenience, a kit with two 0.75" and two 1" screws is available: WXC305. The WEV302 includes the WTW002 thermal washer, the WHS302 heatsink, the WXC305 screw kit, and a +12 V fan WXC304. This series of final polishing films attains a high-performance polish with distilled water. Another feature of the ADS-NEXT series is a sharp improvement in the indentation problems that occur especially in 1.25 mm diameter ferrules from repeated use polishing. Even after many usages, ADS-NEXT can still protect against sudden occurrences of fiber indentation.ADS-MPO series is a new generation of polishing films that has been improved for MPO connector end faces to realize a finishing quality equivalent to that of single fiber polish, leaving no scratches or dirt while at the same time their stable polishing power ensures long life. These films can polish to a convex shape to eliminate dips in the core (Coredip value of “0”) which particularly affects the optical characteristics (IL/RL) of multi mode fiber. APS-MPO final polishing films also realize low return loss, comparable to single connectors, by suppressing subsurface damaged layer to a minimum.
