The PLD5K-CH is a 5 A Laser Diode Driver in a small chassis mount package. Operating from a single +5 V supply minimizes internal heat dissipation. Modular packaging makes it easy to integrate the PLD into your system. For applications that require a higher forward voltage, a separate laser diode power supply input lets you provide a higher compliance voltage.
