This series features Musashi Engineering’s “∑3 major functions” that have solved difficult problems all together such as fluid dripping, water head difference, and low fluid alarm:
- Function 1: Automatic correction of volume reduction – This function eliminates variations in the dispensing volume that are caused by the remaining liquid level. Delivers reliable, high-precision dispensing throughout the entire syringe, significantly improving yield.
- Function 2: Automatic vacuum correction – The automatic vacuum control system prevents liquid drips and aeration and improves the stability of dispensing accuracy.
- Function 3: Automatic low fluid alarm – Constantly detects and monitors the remaining fluid level in the syringe with a high level of precision.
These functions provide excellent performance, like for example ultra-precision dispensing of as little as 0.01 mg and high-speed dispensing at minimum cycle time of 0.1 s or less, in various production processes including semiconductor manufacturing and electronic component manufacturing.
