Spectra-FT solutions’ fine-tunable LED light sources are perfect for testing the response of cameras and optical sensors to various illuminants and spot illumination. These solutions cover a spectral range from 300nm to 1600nm.

Key Features:

  • Unlimited Spectral Radiance
  • Solid State Spectral Tunability
  • High Luminance Uniformity
  • Variable Light Output

A Range of Solutions: Spectra-FT offers a family of fine-tunable uniform sources for testing, characterizing, and illuminating both imaging and non-imaging optical sensors. You can choose from VIS-NIR spectral sources with luminance ranges from 200 cd/m² to over 25,000 cd/m². For InGaAs sensors and night vision, we provide our SWIR source.

Integrated Diffusers: Uniformity is crucial for testing sensor arrays, and these fine-tunable sources come with integrated diffusers to ensure high uniformity for testing cameras with various fields of view.

Real-time Spectral Performance Tracking: An internal integrating spectroradiometer provides real-time spectral performance tracking across the system’s dynamic range. Recalibration and recharacterization features ensure long-lasting performance and minimal downtime, making Spectra-FT sources ideal for production applications.

Specifications: Spectra-FT fine tunable sources are available with options on wavelength range, form factor and output range in three form factors optimized to uniformly fill the sensor field of view.

From high bays to headlights and everything in between, Labsphere has designed an integrating sphere spectroradiometer for your application, offering flexibility to meet your most demanding light measurement requirements. When a solid-state light engine is used in a luminaire or fixture, the thermal environment near the LEDs is altered by both the design and the application environment. Comprehensive knowledge of the thermal behavior of your luminaire’s or fixture’s photometric and colorimetric performance starts with the illumia® Plus2 elevated temperature spectroradiometers, enabling you to characterize the thermal behavior of your luminaire or fixture simply and confidently across a temperature range of +15°C to +80°C. These elevated temperature spectroradiometers include a choice of a 1.65 m or 2 m insulated integrating sphere with temperature-controlled feedback loop, application-specific modules, accredited reference lamps and Integral® Software. Build a system that meets your needs: illumia®Plus2 integrating sphere spectroradiometers offer flexibility to meet your most demanding requirements and grow with your business. The systems are available in sizes from 25 cm to 3 m in both 2π and 4π geometries. Choose from three spectrometer options and application-specific electronic modules that help you maximize efficiency and productivity while maintaining high absolute accuracy and repeatability, no matter the application. These systems’ advanced integrating sphere design yields improved productivity by allowing lamp “hot swap” to achieve greater efficiency and laboratory throughput. Add-on electronic modules increase functionality and simplify compliance with IES LM-79-19, IES LM-78, and equivalent measurement guidelines. Labsphere’s illumia®Plus2 elevated temperature integrating sphere spectroradiometers are designed specifically to test photometric and colorimetric performance over a broad dynamic range of temperatures per IES LM-82 and LM-79-19 recommended practices. Using Labsphere’s Integral® software, you can operate your system from any device at any location and in multiple languages or automate calibration routines with built in LM-45 stabilization. The software meets LM-79-19 and LM-78 measurement methods and industry standard color calculations.
