Nanometer Technologies’ Smart Oven models are smart epoxy fiber optic curing ovens. These ovens are specifically designed to work with MT style connectors, but also work great with many other styles of connectors.

The front-load model’s horizontal positioned heating block will hold 24 MT style connectors and gives users the ability to cure custom style connectors with ease. A top load version of the Smart Oven cures up to 60 connectors at a time (standard 32 connectors) at super-stable temperatures.

The 4.3-inch touch screen PID process controller enables repeatable performance with accurate temperature control, the ability to store up to 30 recipes (temperature profiles and epoxy types) and ramp/soak function for Mil spec. applications. With the built-in alarm system, you'll avoid over-curing your connectors.
