Output Current LD 15-250 A; Chassis Mount; Mode CW; Current Stability 2% Maiman Electronics’ SF6XXX series of compact OEM high power constant current laser diode drivers features a unique laser driver circuit solution that allows to achieve high efficiency (up to 97%) and high power density. An aluminium base plate provides effective heat dissipation from the laser diode driver module via water or air cooling.
