NOA 76 Optical Adhesive 10g syringe

Product information "NOA 76 Optical Adhesive 10g syringe"

Refractive Index 1.51; 3500-5500 cps Viscosity at 25°C

Norland Optical Adhesive 76 (NOA 76 10g syringe), also known as NOA 76A, is an optically clear, liquid adhesive that will cure when exposed to long wavelength ultraviolet light. It is also sensitive to visible light between 400 - 450 nanometers which will assist in producing faster cures when curing through UV absorbing materials. This one part, moderate viscosity adhesive is 100% solids and offers advantages in optical bonding applications. The use of NOA 76 eliminates premixing, drying or heat curing operations common to other adhesive systems.

NOA 76 is recommended for bonding glass to plastic. The adhesive has best adhesion with plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and cellulose acetate butyrate with typical applications being glass to plastic bonding or laminating polarized film between glass.

NOA 132 Optical Adhesive 2g syringe
Refractive Index 1.32; 15 cps Viscosity at 25°C Norland Optical Adhesive 132 (2g syringe) is clear liquid adhesive that will cure when exposed long wavelength ultraviolet light. NOA 132 is recommended for bonding for glass to glass. Adhesion is also good to cellulose acetate butyrate. NOA 132 is cured by ultraviolet light between 320 to 450 nm. Full cure requires 6 Joules/cm 2. The adhesive exhibits oxygen inhibition when used as a coating. To overcome this the adhesive must be cured under an inert atmosphere, such as nitrogen. When used as a coating the liquid adhesive's temperature must be kept below 9C to prevent vaporization.Typical Properties of NOA 132 Temperature Range -15°C to 90°C Keep NOA 132 in a cool(5-20° C) dark place. If refrigerated, allow the adhesive to come to room temperature before using.
