NOA 68T Optical Adhesive 1oz bottle

Product information "NOA 68T Optical Adhesive 1oz bottle"

Refractive Index 1.54; 20,000-25,000 cps Viscosity at 25°C

Norland Optical Adhesive 68T is a clear, colorless, high viscosity liquid photopolymer that will cure when exposed to ultraviolet light. Since it is a one part system and 100% solids, it offers many advantages in bonding of optical materials where the bonding surface can be exposed to light. The use of NOA 68T eliminates premixing, drying and heat curing operations common to other optical adhesive systems. Curing time is remarkably fast, and is dependent upon thethickness applied and the amount of ultraviolet light energy available.

The NOA 68T is designed to give improved adhesion to many plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and celluloseacetate butyrate. In addition to plastics,NOA 68T has good adhesion to glass and metals and can be used to bond combinations of the three. Suggested uses for NOA 68T include bonding compound plastic lenses, laminating polarizedfilm between glass or plastic, mounting plastic lenses in metal or plastic mounts and bonding cover glasses. NOA 68Thas a high viscosity which allows the user to screen printed onto substrates.

SuperSigma CMIII V2/V5 Air Pulse Dispenser Controllers
Dispensing Mode Timed, Manual; Dispensing Pressure 30-500 kPa; Dispensing Time 0.001-9,999.999 s; Vacuum Pressure -20-0 kPa Used in the heart of automated production lines, Musashi Engineering’s SuperSigma CMIII V2/V5 series of fully digital controlled air pulse dispenser controllers dominates the field in small-volume, super-fine point dispensing – for example dispensing various optical adhesives in photonics applications. Musashi Engineering‘s SuperSigma CMIII series has been highly valued for its high-precision micro volume dispensing capability and automatized unmanned production lines accompanied with building up overwhelming accomplishments. This series features Musashi Engineering’s “∑3 major functions” that have solved difficult problems all together such as fluid dripping, water head difference, and low fluid alarm: Function 1: Automatic correction of volume reduction – This function eliminates variations in the dispensing volume that are caused by the remaining liquid level. Delivers reliable, high-precision dispensing throughout the entire syringe, significantly improving yield. Function 2: Automatic vacuum correction – The automatic vacuum control system prevents liquid drips and aeration and improves the stability of dispensing accuracy. Function 3: Automatic low fluid alarm – Constantly detects and monitors the remaining fluid level in the syringe with a high level of precision. These functions provide excellent performance, like for example ultra-precision dispensing of as little as 0.01 mg and high-speed dispensing at minimum cycle time of 0.1 s or less, in various production processes including semiconductor manufacturing and electronic component manufacturing. Higher-precision and higher-stability dispensing has been successfully achieved thanks to further improvement in dispensing stability and remaining volume detection accuracy. Storage capacity of as many as 100 types of operation patterns allows users to manage product variety completely without any difficulty. In addition, the dedicated software “MuCOM for Super Sigma CM” provides editability of dispensing conditions on a PC resulting in dramatic improvement in accuracy and efficiency of operations. A broad portfolio of accessories is available for Musashi Engineering’s dispensers, ranging from high-precision, high-quality, highly reliable syringes & accessories to unique nozzles and needles that can handle any type of fluid and dispensing requirements as well as other accessories for dispensers.
