Musashi Engineering’s NANO MASTER SMP dispenser series are very useful for dispensing extremely small doses of solvents and volatile materials. NANO MASTER SMP-II and NANO MASTER SMP-III systems feature a digital plunger control system and a super-small volume dispenser for dispensing microscopic amounts as small as 1/1,000,000 mL of fluid. The complete digital control provides excellent repeatability.

The NANO MASTER SMP-II/III series offers good performance in super-small volume dispensing, precision separation and constant volume for low viscosity fluids such as solvents and UV setting resins as well as volatile fluids such as alcohol or other volatile solvents. These dispensers can be used in a wide range of applications from research and development to mass production of electronic parts, medicines or optical equipment, for example for dispensing various optical adhesives in photonics applications.
