Due to the integration of an air pulse stabilization circuit (PAT), Musashi Engineering’s high-precision digital air pulse dispenser controller ML-6000X provides superior discharging performance, eliminates dispensing volume fluctuation and implements excellent dispensing accuracy.
The ML-6000X air pulse dispenser controller is equipped with a variety of next-generation functions that enable integrating the device in industry 4.0 applications. Simplified log functions record parameters like dispensing pressure, vacuum pressure, channel, or dispensing model. Various error and alarm signals are generated like residual quantity warning, pressure abnormality, solenoid valve alarm and others.
With its user-friendly 2.4 inch colour graphic LCD display and multi-language support, the ML-6000X air pulse dispenser allows for easy set-up and operation.
