Musashi Engineering’s high-precision digital air pulse dispenser controller ML-5000XII provides excellent dispensing accuracy that is achieved thanks to the integration of an air pulse stabilization circuit.
Sophisticated engineering has resulted in a compact installation area reduced by 65%. The ML-5000XII system’s input signal is selectable between “no voltage” and “applied voltage”, with voltage levels of 5 V, 12 V or 24 V by use of an input signal selection DIP-switch.
This compact dispensing systems features special functions like a digital vacuum drip prevention mechanism with micrometer specification, a stopwatch function or a dedicated shot switch that ensure high-quality dispensing of a broad range of fluids like various optical adhesives in photonics applications.
