Musashi Engineering’s volumetric type digitally controlled dispenser MEASURING MASTER™ MPP-3 provides precisely constant high-capacity volume dispensing of fluids with variable or changeable viscosity – for example dispensing various optical adhesives in photonics applications.

MEASURING MASTER™ MPP-3’s reliable and continuous dispensing is not affected by changes in viscosity with ambient temperature, differences in individual lots or higher liquid material viscosity. Its ultra-precise dispensing accuracy is available thanks to a volume measuring type, digitally controlled plunger pump dispensing system.

Excellent constant flow results in stunning line formation. And a suck-back mechanism guarantees superior liquid cut-off. MEASURING MASTER™ MPP-3 allows to connect various liquid material containers such as barrels (170 ml, 340 ml) as well as tanks. Select your container to suit your usage volume and production conditions.
