Musashi Engineering’s volume measuring type digitally controlled dispenser MEASURING MASTER™ MPP-1 provides precisely constant volume dispensing of fluids with variable or changeable viscosity – for example dispensing various optical adhesives in photonics applications.

This system’s ultra-precise dispensing is available thanks to a volume measuring type, digitally controlled plunger. With its wide range of pump capacity variations, MEASURING MASTER™ MPP-1 allows to select pump capacity (fully filled volume) to suit application requirements.

Various customizations are available to suit liquid material specifications. An optional slit nozzle allows even full-surface film dispensing in a single pass.
