LDxCHA Laser Diode Drivers

Product information "LDxCHA Laser Diode Drivers"

Output Current LD 2.5-15 A; Chassis Mount; Compatible with Type A & B Lasers

Wavelength Electronics’ LDxCHA series of low noise module type laser diode drivers provides current levels from 2.5 A up to 15 A. The following models are available: LD2.5CHA (2.5 A), LD5CHA (5 A), LD10CHA (10 A), or LD15CHA (15 A).

These drivers meet laser compliance requirements from 3 V with a single 5 V supply, and up to 28 V with an additional 30 V power supply, supporting applications such as materials processing, industrial laser cutting, and laser diode bars / stacks. This product family supports A & B type laser diodes.

The new circuitry in the LDxCHA allows for the laser diode current limit and the laser diode current setpoint to be fine-tuned without output current enabled to the laser. This allows users to set the specific safety and output levels required without risk of overdriving the laser during initial configuration.

The LDxCHA drivers, with their small size and easy mountability, can be attached directly to an optics table or designed into a system. Two trimpots set the current limit and current setpoint, while five spring loaded terminal blocks allow for simple wiring.

Built-in safety features ensure robust designs for real world operating conditions: clipping current limit ensures that the output current will never exceed the setpoint; and slow start circuit ramps the output current. Thoughtfully designed features provide valuable benefits and protect the laser against operational anomalies. UPEN™ UV LED Spot Curing Systems
Handheld, Wireless; Irradiance ≤2,500 mW/cm²; Wavelength 365, 385, 395, 405 nm; Power Supply Li-ion Battery; Passive Cooling With the UPEN™ series, UWAVE provides wireless, powerful & easy-to-use UV LED spot curing systems. Thanks to their on/off switch button and a unique LED technology, this series of UV LED pens provides instant, precise, efficient, and consistent UV light output for a majority of UV curable products. These combined features make UPEN™ the perfect tool for manual UV curing processes. It offers a curing source for all UV curable products (glues, resins, varnishes...) which react to 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm wavelengths. For convenient portable and manual use, UPEN™ UV LED spot curing systems are powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery with around 2 hours runtime. The UPEN™ LED has a much higher output power stability than other technologies and does not emit infrared radiation, thus heat-sensitive materials can be processed. UV LEDs are eco-friendly as they do not create ozone, do not contain mercury and only need a few watts to operate. UPEN™ series UV LED products are delivered within a kit that contains every necessary tool for an efficient and safe curing process: UPEN™ Tool Two Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries Li-ion Batteries Charger USB Cable UV Protection Glasses Key Features: Powerful, Wireless & Easy-to-use Technology: Handheld UV LED Pen Max.
