It features 12 excitation fibers of 200 μm surrounding a 600 μm read fiber, which transports the fluorescence signal back to the spectrometer. To convert the 45° reflection probe into a fluorescence probe, a special reflector accessory, FCR-FLTIP-IND, is attached to the probe end. This accessory prevents ambient light from entering the probe and backscatters the excitation light, thereby increasing the typically low fluorescence signal. The fluid channel path can be adjusted between 0 and 5 mm.Applications: Fluorescence measurement
