UVC LED Module

Product information "UVC LED Module"

260-280 nm; UVC Output Power 50 mW; Supply Voltage 12 VDC; Forward Current 350 mA; Radiation Angle 120°

NTT AT Advanced Technology's newly introduced UVC LED module features a very high light output power of 50 mW in the UVC wavelength range from 260 nm to 280 nm. This makes the module ideal for sterilizing surfaces (e.g. the handrail of an escalator) or for use in air purifiers and air conditioners.

For example, as an essential functional element of the NTT-AT Advanced Technology GUV-C105 sterilization box, this UVC LED module allows a very short sterilization time of only 90 seconds.

The module is very easy to design into devices and systems due to its integrated driver circuit for a 12 VDC power supply as well as performance data such as a beam angle of 120°, very low heat emission or compact dimensions of only 56 x 42 x 27 mm.

PLS-Series LED Spotlights
UV-NIR; 340-980 nm; 0.7-66.6 W; Iop 350-18,000 mA; Vop 1.4-16.6 V; Typ. Output Power 11-2,000 mW Mightex’s PLS-Series of precision LED spotlights are a general-purpose light source that can be used where uniform and high-intensity illumination is required. State-of-the-art high-power LED emitter and a proprietary high-NA multi-element aspherical optical system combine to produce a high-power, uniform illumination spot with a highly-delineated edge. PLS-Series standard range LEDs have a minimum working distance of 100 mm, being able to produce a 30 mm diameter spot at such distance. Spot diameter scales linearly with working distance. PLS-Series close range versions have a minimum working distance of 75 mm, being able to produce a 10 mm diameter spot at such distance. These close range PLS-Series LED spotlights also have a maximum working distance of 100 mm, producing a spot 17 mm in diameter. The projection lens at the front of the LED spotlights can be slid and locked to focus the illumination pattern at different working distances. The LED emitters are mounted directly on the metal base of the light source which also features an integrated heatsink. This configuration minimizes thermal resistance between the LED emitter and the heatsink, resulting in better heat dissipation. Multi-chip LED emitters (i.e. Type-B) have been added to the PLS-Series product portfolio. Some of these 7 W to 15 W LEDs have total optical power exceeding 500 mW, doubling the power of a single-chip LED. Such Type-B models with higher powers (7 W and higher) feature a cooling fan and have a different form factor compared to Type-A models. Please examine the installation drawings carefully. Power supply for the cooling fan is included in the price of the Type-B precision LED spotlights. The PLS-Series of precision LED spotlights includes a 2 m cable with two bare-wire terminals at the end. The light sources can be driven by Mightex LED controllers or other LED controllers and current sources. Super High-power LCS-Series Collimated LED Light Sources
UV-NIR; 365-730 nm; 33.3-106.2 W; Iop 2.4-18 A; Vop 2.9-5.1 V; Typ. Output Power 260-3,500 mW Mightex has added Type-H and Type-J super high-power collimator LED light sources with 30 to 106 W emitters to the LCS-Series of collimated LED light sources. These collimator light sources produce a market-leading optical power output of up to 3.5 W, which is up to 5 times from Mightex’s existing high-power Type-B collimator LED light sources. Four mechanically differing sub-series with clear apertures of 11, 22, 38 and 48 mm are available. The LED emitters are mounted directly onto the metal base of the collimator which also features an integrated heat sink and a cooling fan (Type-H models only). This configuration minimizes thermal resistance between the LED emitter and the heat sink resulting in better heat dissipation. The collimating lens can be adjusted if needed for precise collimation. A locking ring fixes the lens position after adjustment. The collimators have been pre-adjusted in the factory. The new Type-H and Type-J super high-power LCS collimated LED light sources are larger in dimensions compared with existing Type-A and Type-B LCS light sources. Please examine the installation drawings carefully. Power supply for the cooling fan is included in the price of the Type-H super high-power LCS collimated LED light sources. The LED collimators include a 1.5-meter cable with two bare-wire terminals at the end. The light sources can be driven by Mightex LED controllers or other LED controllers and current sources. Super high-power LCS-Series collimated LED light sources are compatible with a large number of optical accessories/adapters: An optional focusing module can be mounted on the front of the LED collimator to focus light into a tight spot which is an image of the LED emitter. This is useful for application requiring very high optical density such as fluorescence spectroscopy, or to focus LED light into a fiber or a lightguide. An optional lightguide adapter is also available to couple the LED light into a lightguide with high efficiency. Additional interchangeable collimating lenses are available to produce different beam sizes with the same light source. Key Features: Interchangeable Aspherical Collimating Lens High Numerical Aperture (NA)- High-power Emitters (up to 106 W) Wavelength Range: 365 to 730 nm High Typical Collimated Output Power: 260 to 3,500 mW Adjustable Focus Optional Focusing Module Optional Lightguide Adapter Multiple Mounting Features for Lab and OEM Applications Integrated Heatsink and Cooling Fan (Type-H Models) Applications: Microscope Illuminator; General Purpose Light Source; Fiber Coupling (With Optional Focusing Module)
