The TCXXXX series consists of high-power, compact OEM TEC controllers. These controllers feature unique circuit solutions that enable high efficiency (up to 97%) and high power density. An aluminum base plate effectively dissipates heat from the controller using either water or air cooling. TEC controllers are equipped with numerous protection features to ensure the safe operation of Peltier devices. They are primarily used for temperature stabilization in laser diodes, LEDs, semiconductor devices, optics, fibers, chemical elements, and more.
