Product information "RSF150 Series Vertical Float Switches"

The RSF150 series are compact vertically mounted devices with a single switch point. Mounting is either from the top or bottom of a tank from the inside, so requires access to the inside of the tank.

These float switches have M12 circular connectors for electrical connection. Cables are available for use with M12 connectors. Typical applications include vending machines, printing systems and chemical dosing equipment.

These switches can be manufactured in a variety of plastics, with a choice of gasket materials, to suit most commonly used liquids. The switch action may be reversed by removing the float, inverting it, then refitting to the stem.

The LLF40 series is designed as a compact internal fitting device, with a wide range of options, making this ideal for size sensitive applications. Mounting of this series requires access to the inside of the tank. These devices are particularly suitable for detecting low levels of liquids in the bottom of tanks and containers, and for lower SG liquids. Typical applications include vending machines, commercial washing machines and evaporator units. They are manufactured in a variety of materials with a choice of gasket materials, to suit most commonly used liquids. The switch action may be reversed by rotating the device through 180º. Plastic; Internal Mount Drop Float Switches The RSF10 series drop Float Switch has been designed to eliminate problems associated with limescale build up around the pivot point of a conventional float switch. It is also suitable in more viscous liquids, that might affect the pivot action of a standard float type. The drop float actuator allows the switch housing and float pivots to be located above the surface of the liquid and provides normally closed switch contact, opening as the liquid level rises.

RSF166 Series Dual Switch Point Vertical Float Switches

The RSF166 float switch series is designed to offer a number of switching options to meet a variety of system requirements. These float switches are manufactured in PPS (Polyphenylene Sulphide), which are compatible with a wide range of liquids, and are mounted externally via a nitrile compression seal and a 22 mm diameter hole in the tank.
