High-performance equipment and fine-tuned technological processes allow Kryotherm to produce dedicated thermoelectric coolers (TECs) in almost unlimited quantities using a non-stop technological process providing high reliability and low costs. The high performance of these thermoelectric coolers allows the customers to increase the rate of cooling and to reach a larger temperature difference in relation to the environment. Our thermoelectric coolers are optimized for 12 VDC power supply and provide high cooling power at low power consumption. These TECs are supposed to be used in domestic devices and other consumer applications, oriented towards mass production. Deliveries of TECs in quantities of more than 100,000 units per month can be fulfilled – with further increase of production volume possible up to the level the customer requires. High-Performance; UV Blue; 10000 ml (338 fl oz) Koolance 702 series coolant is used by many industries requiring a high performance, low-toxicity, reliable coolant with corrosion and biological inhibitors. A high quality coolant is extremely important for addressing dissimilar metals and biologic growth (bacterial and algae) long-term. Koolance liquids will not clog components and can typically be used for 2-3 years before replacement is recommended. This container includes 10000 ml (338 fl oz) of prediluted coolant and can function as a squirt bottle for convenient reservoir filling. It's recommended to replace the coolant at least every 2-3 years, or immediately if there is any change in color or clarity.The freezing point is -15°C (5°F). This coolant has been tested with the following materials: Metals: copper, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, nickel, steel, gold, lead Plastics: ABS, PA66, PBT, PE, PEI, PES, PETG, PMMA, POM, PP, PPE, PPO, PPS, PTFE, PU, PVC Rubber: EPDM NOTE: Not recommended for polycarbonate plastics or other PC-based plastics. The advanced and reliable circuitry of the HTC series achieves 0.0009°C temperature stability. Its small, low profi le package is ideal for designs with space constraints. The linear, PI control loop offers maximum stability while the bipolar current  source has been designed for higher efficiency. The HTC temperature controllers are easily configured for any design. Virtually any type of temperature sensor can be used with the HTC and a built in sensor bias current source simplifies use with resistive temperature sensors. The independently adjustable Proportional Gain (P) and Integrator Time Constant (I) can be modifi ed to optimize temperature overshoot and stability. Other features offer added flexibility. A single resistor sets the maximum output current to your load. Add a diode to operate resistive heaters with a unipolar output current. An onboard reference voltage simplifi es potentiometer control of the  temperature setpoint. You can also choose to operate remotely with an external setpoint voltage. Two monitor pins provide access to the temperature setpoint voltage and the actual sensor voltage.
