Refractive Index 1.42; 20-30 cps Viscosity at 25°C

Norland Optical Adhesive 142 is clear liquid adhesive that will cure when exposed long wavelength ultraviolet light. NOA 142 is recommended for bonding for glass to glass. Adhesion is also good to cellulose acetate butyrate. NOA 142 is cured by ultraviolet light between 315 and 395 nm. Peak absorption is 365nm. Full cure requires 6 Joules/cm2 of UV energy. The adhesive exhibits oxygen inhibition and must be cured under an inert atmosphere if used as a coating to assure surface is tack free.

NOA 1315 Optical Adhesive 2g syringe
Refractive Index 1.315; 15 cps Viscosity at 25°C Norland Optical Adhesive 1315 (2g syringe) is clear liquid adhesive that will cure when exposed long wavelength ultraviolet light. NOA 1315 is recommended for bonding for glass to glass. Adhesion is also good to cellulose acetate butyrate. NOA 1315 is cured by ultraviolet light between 320 to 450 nm. Full cure requires 6 Joules/cm 2. The adhesive exhibits oxygen inhibition when used exposed to air. To overcome this the adhesive must be cured under an inert atmosphere, such as nitrogen. When used as a coating the liquid adhesive's temperature must be kept below 9C to prevent vaporization.Typical Properties of NOA 1315 Temperature Range -15°C to 90°C   Keep NOA 1315 in a cool ( 5 to 20°C) dark place. If refrigerated, allow the adhesive to come to room temperature before using.

NOA 89H Optical Adhesive 1oz bottle
Refractive Index 1.51; 15-20 cps Viscosity at 25°C Norland Optical Adhesive NOA 89H is a clear, colorless, liquid photopolymer that will cure when exposed to ultraviolet  light. Since it is a one part system and 100% solids, it offers many advantages in bonding where the adhesive can be exposed to UV light. The use of NOA 89H eliminates premixing, drying or heat curing operations common to other adhesive systems. Curing time is remarkably fast, and is dependent upon the thickness applied and the amount of ultraviolet light energy available. NOA 89H is designed to give the best possible optical bond when bonding glass to glass substrates or as a coating.  NOA 89H also has excellent clarity, low shrinkage and a flexibility that make it superior to other materials for optical bonding. These characteristics are important in order for the user to produce high quality optics and achieve long term performance under changing environments. NOA 89H is cured by ultraviolet light with maximum absorption within the range of 310-395 nanometers.  The peak absorption wavelengths is 365 nanometers. The recommended energy required for full cure is 3.5 Joules/cm 2 for long wave UV. Shelf life of the liquid is a minimum of 4 months from the date of shipment, refer to the package label for the actual expiration date, if stored in a cool (5-22° C), dark place in the original container.  If refrigerated, allow the adhesive to come to room temperature prior to use.

NOA 76 Optical Adhesive 10g syringe
Refractive Index 1.51; 3500-5500 cps Viscosity at 25°C Norland Optical Adhesive 76 (NOA 76 10g syringe), also known as NOA 76A, is an optically clear, liquid adhesive that will cure when exposed to long wavelength ultraviolet light. It is also sensitive to visible light between 400 - 450 nanometers which will assist in producing faster cures when curing through UV absorbing materials. This one part, moderate viscosity adhesive is 100% solids and offers advantages in optical bonding applications. The use of NOA 76 eliminates premixing, drying or heat curing operations common to other adhesive systems.NOA 76 is recommended for bonding glass to plastic. The adhesive has best adhesion with plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and cellulose acetate butyrate with typical applications being glass to plastic bonding or laminating polarized film between glass.Typical Properties of NOA 76 (76A) Color Clear Modulus (psi) 970 Tensile (psi) 450 Elongation at failure 47% Hardness - Shore D 60 Dielectric Constant at 1 MHz 3.33 Dissipation Factor at 1 MHz .0346 Volume Resistivity (ohm/cm 4.723 x 10 to the 12 power Surface Resistivity (Megohms) 2.148 x 10 to the 12 power Dielectric Strength (volts) 131 The shelf life of NOA 76 liquid material is at least 4 months from the date of shipment if kept in a cool (5-22°C) dark place in the original container.
