Single-Stage Peltier Elements
Single-Stage Thermoelectric ModulesSingle-stage thermoelectric modules from S&PF MODUL are designed for efficient, reliable solid-state cooling in scientific and industrial systems that require precise temperature control. Based on established Peltier technology, these modules generate a controlled temperature gradient when powered by a direct current, enabling localized cooling or heating without moving parts, refrigerants, or mechanical wear. With more than three decades of experience in thermoelectric manufacturing, S&PF MODUL delivers reproducible performance and stable quality suitable for both development projects and long-term series production.Single-stage modules are optimized for applications with moderate temperature differentials and high cooling capacity. Their construction combines carefully selected thermoelectric semiconductor materials with robust ceramic substrates and durable metallization. This results in predictable electrical and thermal behavior over extended operating periods, even under continuous load. The modules are engineered to integrate easily into compact thermal assemblies and support efficient coupling to air-cooled or liquid-cooled heat dissipation systems.Key features• Single-stage Peltier module design for efficient cooling at moderate temperature differentials • Wide range of standard module sizes, current ratings, and cooling capacities • High-quality thermoelectric materials with stable electrical characteristics • Durable ceramic substrates for mechanical strength and thermal stability • Low thermal resistance interfaces for effective heat sink integration • Consistent unit-to-unit performance through controlled manufacturing processes • Custom options for dimensions, electrical parameters, and lead configurations • Suitable for continuous operation in industrial and laboratory environmentsApplicationsS&PF MODUL single-stage thermoelectric modules are widely used in analytical and laboratory instrumentation where accurate temperature stabilization is essential. Typical uses include detector cooling, sample temperature control, and stabilization of optoelectronic components. In industrial electronics, these modules are applied to manage localized heat loads in power devices, communication systems, and embedded control units.Further applications include laser diode temperature control, infrared sensors, environmental monitoring equipment, and compact cooling systems. In automotive and mobile platforms, solid-state thermoelectric cooling provides orientation-independent operation and high resistance to vibration. For OEM manufacturers, single-stage thermoelectric modules offer a scalable and maintenance-free thermal management solution that can be integrated into both specialized equipment and high-volume production systems. What’s next?Correct module selection and thermal system design are critical to achieving the required cooling performance and service life. Our sales and application specialists support you in selecting the appropriate S&PF MODUL single-stage thermoelectric module based on heat load, electrical supply, and integration constraints.
