IXF1.0tbsa M – High-Precision Flexure Mount with Top-Adjust Design
The IXF1.0tbsa M is derived from the proven IXFa series of monolithic flexure mounts and has been specifically optimized for beamsplitter applications. Featuring integrated 45° clear aperture cutouts, it maximizes beam clearance and accommodates beam sizes up to 10.3 mm with angular variations of ±2.5°.
This version retains the key features of the IXFa series but introduces a top-adjust mechanism, enabling convenient top-down adjustments. This patented feature is ideal for applications where space constraints limit access to standard models.
Pitch and yaw adjustments are made using 100TPI precision thread adjustment screws, ensuring low-stiction fine tuning. The screws are swaged at the ends to prevent over-travel, while the top-adjust block incorporates an anti-creep feature, allowing users to set a pre-load on each adjustment screw for superior stability and repeatability.
