Designed to cool overheating electrical panels and enclosures to below the outside ambient air temperature, our below ambient heat exchangers easily replace air conditioners and compressed air coolers. Using a specially designed open loop core, these units remove waste heat from the cabinet and cool the internal air to the temperature of the water (also below ambient temperature) circulating through the heat exchanger’s core, using only 4 l/min water source for most units. These below ambient cooling heat exchangers are easy to install and maintain. They feature isoloss gaskets that seal against the enclosure and keep contaminants out. Below ambient cooling units are typically mounted on the side of the enclosure and can be used in series as needed. With our UL LISTED 12, 4 or 4x units, they lend themselves well to being used in 508a applications. Heat exchanger designed to be mounted to the outside of the enclosure. It can be mounted upright to the sides and does not have any components that protrude inside of the enclosure other than the power cord. It requires a 1 gallon per minute water source to properly cool the enclosure.
