Data-Pixel’s D SCOPE series of digital benchtop fiber microscopes for single-fiber connectors combines high-quality optics with a modern and ergonomic design ideally suited to fiber optic applications.
Four variants of the D SCOPE series benchtop fiber microscopes are available with magnifications from x100 to x800. Until the D SCOPE, most microscopes were suffering from poor illumination quality yielding variable and non-reproducible image quality even amongst scopes of the same kind.
With Data-Pixel’s BLINK software and an automated inspection plugin, the D SCOPE series microscopes are able to detect and measure automatically scratches and defects compatible with industry standards or customized parameters.
D SCOPE series microscopes are compatible with Data-Pixel’s SUPERVISOR software, a MES style software which is in charge of the execution, management and monitoring of the production in an assembly workshop for fiber optic connectors. Its role is to supervise machines and help operators with complete traceability of the manufacturing information.
