OSI LaserDiode’s CVDR 46650-TO5T Dual Aiming Laser combines two laser diodes in one package for range finding applications.

This device’s laser package contains a 905 nm pulsed laser diode (CVD 46) and a 650 nm laser diode mounted side by side on a common platform, with “+” (common positive electrode) connected to the case.

The distance between the two laser diodes’ centers of emission is 720 µm, and the emission pattern of the two laser dies is centered on the package axis to within ± 0.25 mm.
