The advanced and reliable circuitry of the HTC Series achieves 0.0009°C temperature stability. Its low profile package is ideal for designs with space constraints. The ultrastable linear, PI control loop offers maximum stability while the bipolar current source has been designed for higher efficiency. The HTC1500 drives up to 1.5 A for either Thermoelectrics (bipolar) or Resistive Heaters (unipolar). The HTC3000 drives up to ±3 A. An evaluation board simplifies prototyping: HTCEVALPCB. A heatsink that mounts directly to the HTC is available: HTCHTSK. The HTC1500 is designed for 0.031" thick printed circuit boards (PCBs). The HTC1500-62 is designed for 0.062" thick PCBs. Heatsinking is already provided to support operation across a -20°C to +85°C operating range. The PID1500 temperature controller is easily configured for any design. Virtually any type of temperature sensor can be used with the PID1500 and a built in switchable sensor bias current source simplifies use with resistive temperature sensors. The Proportional Gain (P) is adjustable with an onboard single turn trimpot. Use an onboard trimpot to adjust the setpoint or the Analog Input pin for  remote control. Use another onboard trimpot to set the maximum output current to the load or set it with a resistor between pins 1 & 2. A switch between those pins acts as a remote enable / disable. Remove a jumper to operate resistive heaters with a unipolar output current. The WTC3293-14001 is a mini-instrument temperature controller with a temperature (not resistance) display and onboard adjustments.Wrapped around the precision WTC3243 temperature controller, it is configured for use with a TCS610 thermistor. Wire your thermoelectric cooler and thermistor to the board with the cable provided. Add the appropriate DC power supply and indicate the input voltage on the jumper. With the output disabled, adjust the on-board 12-turn trimpot and watch the setpoint temperature change on the  4-digit display. Switch to Actual temperature and display your thermistor temperature. Watch the LED tree to see "over/under temperature" or "stable at setpoint" status. Enable the output current and watch the temperature quickly lock in on the setpoint.The green LED on the In-Range indicator lights when actual temperature is within 0.05°C of the setpoint. If the actual temperature exceeds the setpoint, the upper LED will light. If it is below the  setpoint temperature, the lower LED will light.The WTC3293-14001 has been designed to work with various thermoelectrics driving up to ±2.2 Amps. The WHY5640 is a general purpose, low cost, analog PI (Proportional, Integral) control loop for use in thermoelectric or resistive heater temperature control applications. The WHY5640 maintains  precision temperature regulation using an active resistor bridge circuit that operates directly with thermistors or RTD temperature sensors. Supply up to 2.2 Amps of heat and cool current to your thermoelectric from a single power supply. Accessories include a heatsink WHS302, thermal washer WTW002, and fans WXC303 (5 V), WXC304 (12 V), and an evaluation board WHY5690. Connect two or more WHY5640 units together and drive higher output currents. A single resistor or trimpot sets the temperature setpoint. Independent heat and cool current limits are set by single  resistors. A single resistor sets proportional gain. A resistor / capacitor in series sets the integrator time constant.
