MULTI-HTSK heatsinks are designed to support a wide range of Wavelength products during product evaluation. MULTI-HSK heatsinks are robustly designed with an 18 W capacity without airflow and a 40 W capacity with airflow. Mounting hardware and one packet of thermal paste are included. With dimensions of 102 x 152 x 29 mm and a natural convection thermal resistance of 1.57 °C/W (per 15 cm), MULTI-HTSK heatsinks are made from black anodized aluminium and support the following Wavelength Electronics series or drivers: LDTC, LDTC2/2, MPL (not MPL7500), PLD5K-CH, PTCxK-CH (not PTC10K-CH/SL), RHM5K-CH. MULTI-HTSK-HI heatsinks for 10 A driver models have mounting holes to support the PLD10K-CH, PLD12.5K-CH, or PTC10K-CH laser diode drivers or TEC drivers. MULTI-HTSK-HI heatsinks are robustly designed with over 20 W capacity without airflow and over 60 W capacity with airflow. Mounting hardware and one packet of thermal paste are included.
